"For the rest of my life I want to reflect on what light is." - Albert Einstein
Einstein's words reflect a curiosity that has shaped generations of scientific inquiry. My own path into optics, photonics, and electromagnetism has been guided by a similar need to understand light, both in its fundamental nature and in how it interacts with matter.
As a postdoctoral researcher, I work on questions that lie at the edge of current understanding. I study how light behaves in complex environments and how we can use it in new ways.
